The young star expressed confidence that he will one day claim the honor: "I believe every footballer dreams of winning the Ballon d'Or. That said, my personality and mindset allow me to say that, yes, one day it will happen. I'm not in a rush."
Yamal turned 18 on July 13. He has been playing for Barcelona’s senior team since 2023 and has already won four trophies with the club: two La Liga titles, a Spanish Cup, and a Super Cup.
