Neftchi finalizes another signing.
The Baku-based club has secured the services of Venezuelan national team midfielder Freddy Vargas, Idman.biz reports.
The 26-year-old joins Neftchi on a one-year loan from Israeli side Maccabi Netanya.
In addition to playing in his home country, Vargas has experience in both the U.S. and Israeli leagues. He is capable of playing on both wings and in central midfield. The Venezuelan has earned 3 caps for his national team.
