Qarabag agrees to loan two more players to Shamakhi for one season.
Idman.biz, citing Sportinfo.az, reports that Amin Rzayev and Davud Masimov will spend the upcoming season with the Shamakhi.
Both players are young talents under the watchful eye of Qarabag’s head coach Gurban Gurbanov.
While Amin was taken to the training camp in Austria, Davud missed out due to injury.
Earlier, Qarabag had already sent Nihat Mehraliyev to Shamakhi. The forward, who played in the Reserve League last season, caught the attention of Aykhan Abbasov.
The coach, who leads both Shamakhi and the Azerbaijan U-21 national team, also called Mehraliyev up to the national squad.
Mehraliyev scored 20 goals for Qarabag’s reserve team last season, becoming the league’s top scorer.
He also appeared in the national team’s two most recent friendlies against Belarus and Montenegro.
Qarabag agreed to loan the young players to the regional side on one condition, Shamakhi must give them playing time in at least 50% of official matches.
