Stefano Pioli returns to Fiorentina

Stefano Pioli has been appointed head coach of Fiorentina.

The Italian club has signed a contract with the 59-year-old specialist until June 30, 2028, Idman.biz reports.

As a player, Pioli represented Fiorentina from 1989 to 1995, and later managed the team between 2017 and 2019.

The Italian coach most recently managed Cristiano Ronaldo's Al-Nassr.
