FIFA has released the latest national team rankings.
Azerbaijan has dropped to 122nd place in the updated list, Idman.biz reports.
The national team currently holds 1,148 points. Under the guidance of Fernando Santos, the team has fallen three positions compared to the previous ranking, losing 2.64 points.
This decline is due to friendly matches held in June. Azerbaijan lost 1–2 at home to Hungary and played a goalless draw away against Latvia.
Argentina tops the ranking with 1,885.36 points.
