The development of young footballers continues within the framework of the joint AFFA and UEFA initiative, the SCALE project (Special dual Career paths Against early Leaving from Education and training).
The project is being implemented in the Shafa (U-15 & U-17 girls), Ramana (U-17), EFA (U-17), and Atletico Baku (U-14) teams, İdman.biz reports.
The aim is to prevent early school leaving and support young athletes both on the field and in education. The training sessions are conducted by specially trained coaches.
It is worth noting that the SCALE project will run until the end of 2025.
