The fate of Mingachevir's foreign players has been clarified.
According to information provided to Idman.biz by the club, the First League side has begun negotiations with two of their players.
While the club has parted ways with Fanen Joseph Akyam, Mingachevir remains interested in retaining the services of Ange Donald Gla and Abba Usman. A final decision regarding these players will be made in the coming days.
The club also confirmed that Akyam's payment has been settled, allowing him to return to his native Nigeria. However, debts to the players currently under negotiation remain outstanding.
Mingachevir finished the season in 4th place.
