He stated that this significant decision is a clear demonstration of the President’s commitment to sports, especially minifootball:
“In recent years, Azerbaijan’s success on the international stage in minifootball, becoming European and world champions, has been the result of consistent state support and the favorable conditions created.”
According to Orkhan Mammadov, President Ilham Aliyev’s decree will provide a strong motivational boost for the national team’s preparation for upcoming international competitions. It will also help strengthen the team’s material and technical base, improve infrastructure, and promote the wider spread of minifootball across the country:
