Azerbaijani club Neftchi has officially parted ways with two additional players.
The club’s press service confirmed that German defender Robert Bauer and Portuguese midfielder Rafael Guzzo have left the team by mutual agreement, Idman.biz reports.
Both players joined Neftchi during the 2024 summer transfer window. Bauer had signed a 2-year contract, while Guzzo had inked a 3-year deal at the time.
This move comes as part of a broader squad reshuffle, Neftchi had previously parted ways with seven other players earlier in the off-season.
