Alphonce Msanga will continue playing for Shamakhi for another year.
The club's press service has announced the decision, Idman.biz reports.
The 22-year-old Tanzanian midfielder's contract has been extended by one year, based on a clause that allowed Shamakhi to activate the option.
Msanga joined the Azerbaijani club earlier this year. He initially signed a 6-month + 1-year option deal with Shamakhi.
