In a special holiday video prepared by the Istanbul-based club, various football players shared heartfelt messages. The video includes phrases such as:
“Football is a bond that transcends borders. Just like our brotherhood. We are one nation, two states. We share the excitement of this special day with Azerbaijan. Happy Independence Day, May 28, Azerbaijan.”
Galatasaray were crowned Turkish champions for the 2024/25 season.
