Dinamo faces major crisis – Club owes businessman over $100 million

Dynamo Kyiv has been crowned champions of the 2024/25 Ukrainian Premier League.

However, according to Ukrainian journalist Igor Burbas, the club's management has little reason to celebrate, Idman.biz reports.

Dynamo is facing a serious financial crisis. Before the full-scale war began, the club took out a $120 million loan from Ukrainian businessman Dmytro Firtash. The club has yet to fulfill its financial obligations, which could affect its operations going forward.
