Messi returns to Argentina national team

Inter Miami forward Lionel Messi has been called up once again to the Argentina national team.

The 37-year-old star will be available for Argentina’s upcoming 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers against Chile and Colombia, Idman.biz reports.

Messi had missed the team’s last two matches due to injury, but is now fit to rejoin the squad.

Argentina will face Chile on June 6 and Colombia on June 11 as part of their campaign to secure a spot in the World Cup.
