The group stage of the international football tournament "East Cup Kazan," held in Kazan, Russia, has concluded.
Sabah FC's U10 team has topped their group and secured a spot in the final match of the tournament, Idman.biz reports.
The young team from Baku achieved victories over Babilon (Tajikistan) 2–1, Abdish-Ata (Kyrgyzstan) 9–1, and Elimay (Kazakhstan) 6–0, suffering only one defeat — a narrow 1–2 loss to Russia’s Neftekhimik.
Coached by Maharram Muslumzade, the team will face Russian side "Rubin" in tomorrow’s final.
