This statement was made by Sanan Abdullayev, the Director of Media and Marketing for the Professional Football League (PFL), during the Azerbaijan Cup draw, as reported by Idman.biz.
Abdullayev mentioned that, despite ongoing negotiations, no agreement has been reached with a sponsor for the new season. "Many companies are in talks, but there are still points of disagreement between both sides. Unfortunately, we haven't been able to secure a sponsor yet," he said.
However, Abdullayev expressed optimism: " There are several offers on the table , and we hope to find a partnership that will satisfy both parties."
