Emin Jafarov, head of the Competitions Department at the Association of Football Federations of Azerbaijan (AFFA), has received a new appointment from UEFA.
As reported by İdman.Biz, Jafarov will serve as the UEFA match delegate for the UEFA Europa League third qualifying round first-leg clash between Georgia's Iberia and Northern Ireland's Larne.
The match is scheduled to take place on August 11 at the Mikheil Meskhi Stadium in Tbilisi.
