Emin Jafarov, Head of the Competitions Department of the Association of Football Federations of Azerbaijan (AFFA), has received another appointment from UEFA.
As İdman.Biz reports, citing the AFFA press service, the Azerbaijani football official will serve as the UEFA delegate for the UEFA Conference League first qualifying round match between Albania's Elbasani and Belarusian side BATE.
The match will take place on July 7 at Elbasan Arena in the Albanian city of Elbasan.
