Spain national team head coach Luis de la Fuente has been named the best men’s national team coach of 2025 by the International Federation of Football History and Statistics (IFFHS).
According to Idman.Biz, the 64-year-old specialist finished first in the voting with a total of 136 points.
Portugal head coach Roberto Martinez placed second with 83 points, while Argentina national team manager Lionel Scaloni completed the top three with 59 points.
It is noted that de la Fuente enjoyed a series of successful results with Spain on the European stage over the past period and received positive recognition for the structural changes implemented within the team. These factors played a key role in his convincing victory in the voting.
