The results of Lionel Messi’s vote in the FIFA poll for the Best Player of 2025 have been revealed, İdman.Biz reports.
The Argentina national team captain placed Paris Saint-Germain forward Ousmane Dembele first, and the French winger went on to be named Best Player of the Year based on the overall voting results. Messi ranked Kylian Mbappe second, while Barcelona winger Lamine Yamal finished third on his ballot.
It is worth noting that Dembele previously played alongside Messi at Barcelona and also became one of PSG’s key players during the 2024/25 season, a factor reflected in the Argentine’s choice.
