Real Madrid are showing interest in Crystal Palace midfielder Adam Wharton.
According to İdman.Biz, citing The Guardian, the London club value the 21-year-old midfielder at more than £80 million. His contract runs until 2029 and does not include a release clause.
It is noted that interest in Wharton is not limited to Spain. Manchester City, Liverpool and Manchester United are also said to be monitoring the player. A move in the winter transfer window is considered unlikely, as Crystal Palace remain competitive on several fronts.
Wharton joined Crystal Palace from Blackburn in February 2024, signing a contract until June 2029. Later that year, he made his debut for the England national team in a match against Bosnia and Herzegovina and was included in the final squad for EURO 2024.
