Norwegian forward of “Manchester City” Erling Haaland commented on his 100th Premier League goal scored in the match against “Fulham” (5–4) in Round XIV of the English Championship, Idman.biz reports.
“I’m proud and happy to have scored 100 goals in the Premier League. But when you are a striker for Manchester City, you have to show excellent numbers. And that’s my job. People should criticise me if I don’t score — they usually do — but in the end, as I said, I must score!” Haaland’s words are quoted by the BBC.
It should be noted that in the current season, the Norwegian forward has played 19 matches for Manchester City in all competitions, recording 20 goals and three assists.
