"Barcelona" have drawn up a list of transfer priorities for the summer window.
According to Idman.biz via Mundo Deportivo, head coach Hansi-Dieter Flick, together with sporting director Deco and other members of the sporting committee, have identified key positions to strengthen: a left-footed centre-back, a winger and a central striker.
If necessary, the transfer of a defender could happen as early as the winter of 2026, provided that Barcelona comply with financial fair play rules. Among the candidates being considered are Gonçalo Inácio (“Sporting”), Murillo (“Nottingham Forest”), Nico Schlotterbeck (“Borussia” Dortmund), Luis Benedetti (“Palmeiras”) and Marc Guéhi (“Crystal Palace”).
A central striker is also a priority, as Robert Lewandowski’s contract is nearing its end. The club is monitoring Julián Álvarez (“Atlético”), Harry Kane (“Bayern”) and Erling Haaland (“Manchester City”).
In addition, Barcelona want to strengthen the wings, taking into account a potential move for Raphinha to Saudi Arabia. Candidates include Marcus Rashford (“Manchester United”), whose estimated release clause is €30 million, though the final decision will depend on his form until the end of the season. The club is also considering Rafael Leão of “Milan”.
At the moment, Barcelona sit second in La Liga and eighteenth in the Champions League.
