The name of 24-year-old Strahinja Pavlovic, currently playing for Italy’s “Milan,” has once again appeared on Galatasaray’s transfer agenda.
According to Idman.Biz, while the Turkish champions continue negotiations regarding Ademola Lukman, they have identified Pavlovic as a primary target to reinforce their defense.
Pavlovic is a member of the Serbian national team. The central defender is known for his physical strength, aerial ability, and skill in building play from the back.
The transfer was halted last season due to “Milan” demanding €20 million (approximately 36 million AZN). However, revenues from the Champions League have reportedly revived interest in the move.
Head coach Okan Buruk has requested that the Serbian player’s transfer be made a priority.
