Fiorentina’s press service announced the dismissal of Italian specialist Stefano Pioli from his position as head coach of the first team, publishing an official statement on the club’s website.
According to Idman.biz, Pioli had been in charge of Fiorentina since July 2025, with a contract running until summer 2027.
“Stefano Pioli is no longer the head coach of Fiorentina. The club announces that today Pioli has been relieved of his duties. Fiorentina would like to thank Stefano and his assistants for the professionalism they demonstrated during their work,” the statement read.
As of today, Fiorentina occupy the last, 20th place in the Serie A standings with four points.
