There is news for Neftchi fans eagerly awaiting Vincent Aboubakar.
According to Idman.Biz, citing sportinfo.az, the Cameroonian forward has already arrived in Baku.
After lengthy negotiations, the African striker has reached full agreement with Neftchi on all contract details.
Aboubakar, who previously played for Porto, Besiktas, Lorient, and Al-Nassr, most recently represented Hatayspor in Turkiye. The 33-year-old appeared in 25 matches in last season’s Turkish Super Lig, scoring seven goals and providing two assists.
