The Azerbaijan Minifootball Federation held the draw ceremony for the 2025/2026 season.
According to Idman.biz, the event was attended by the federation’s executive vice-president Taleh Nasibov, members of the national team, and representatives of the clubs.
The ceremony recalled this year’s World Championship held in Baku, where the Azerbaijan national team emerged victorious. Taleh Nasibov highlighted the development of minifootball in the country and wished the clubs success for the new season.
A total of 16 teams will compete in the national championship this season.
The list of matches for the first round of the championship is as follows:
“Sumgayit” vs. “Bukhar”
“Baki 145” vs. “DIN Idman Camiyyati”
“Lankaran” vs. “Atashgah Suraxani”
“Start Baku” vs. “Aznur”
“Siyazan” vs. “Ganjlarbirliyi”
“Borchali” vs. “Lerik”
“Canub” vs. “Galaxy”
“Birbasha Baku” vs. “Zira”
The Azerbaijan championship will kick off on October 27.
