The players who have not lost any points so far are Azerbaijani International Master Vugar Manafov, as well as Mikheil Kekelidze (Georgia) and Vitaliy Bernadskiy (Ukraine).
Half a point behind them are Yevgeny Romanov (North Macedonia) and Khagan Ahmad.
The tournament, consisting of 9 rounds, is being held using the Swiss system.
