Azer Mirzoev to compete at Orjan Lindroth Memorial in the Bahamas

Azerbaijani grandmaster Azer Mirzoev is set to take part in the Orjan Lindroth Memorial chess tournament, kicking off today in Nassau, Bahamas.

The event will follow a 9-round Swiss system format and features a competitive field of 34 players, Idman.biz reports.

Norwegian grandmaster Johan-Sebastian Christiansen enters the tournament as the top seed.
