These were the words of Mahir Mammadov, who has been re-elected as President of the Azerbaijan Chess Federation, Idman.biz reports.
Speaking to journalists, Mammadov, who also serves as a Vice President of FIDE, expressed his gratitude to the federation’s members for their continued confidence:
“I sincerely thank the members of the Azerbaijan Chess Federation for their trust. We have all the necessary resources at our disposal. New regulatory documents have been improved, and the work of all commissions has been strengthened. It has been a productive and important day.”
