Sharjah Masters international chess tournament continues in the UAE.
Azerbaijani grandmaster Muhammad Muradli continues his winning streak, Idman.biz reports.
He defeated Eddie Woodworth (USA) in the seventh round, winning for the third time in a row.
This result allowed Muradli to rise to 20th place with 4.5 points. Moreover, Azerbaijani chess player is only half a point behind Nodirbek Abdusattorov (Uzbekistan), who is in second place.
The leader of the tournament is Anish Giri (Netherlands), who scored 5.5 points.
