The Karshi Chess Open 2025 in Uzbekistan is underway.
Azerbaijani grandmaster Vugar Rasulov is competing in the event, Idman.biz reports.
After six rounds, he has scored 4.5 points, placing him in the leaders’ group. Four other players share the same score, and based on tiebreaks, Rasulov currently holds fifth place.
A total of 37 participants from seven countries are competing for victory in the tournament.
