The international tournament among young boxers has ended in the city of Karaganda, Kazakhstan.
Idman.biz reports that the Azerbaijani national team won 2 gold and 2 silver medals in the competition in which 200 athletes from 5 countries participated.
In our team, Tamerlan Alimzanov (57 kg) and Ismayil Valiyev (75 kg) defeated all their opponents and stepped on the top of the podium. Yusif Beylarov (54 kg) and Safter Mammadzada (+80 kg) took the second place.
Azerbaijani judge Asif Mammadov was chosen as the "fair referee" of the competition.
