An international boxing tournament for young athletes will kick off in Georgia on June 5.
Idman.biz reports that the competition, which will last four days in the city of Poti, will see the Azerbaijan national team testing their skills against strong international opponents.
Head coach Elbrus Rzayev and coach Yadigar Mammadov will lead the Azerbaijani squad, featuring Bilalhabashi Nazarov and Nihat Gasimov (both 50 kg), Zidan Humbatov (55 kg), Subhan Babayev (57 kg), Bagir Amirkhanli and Tamerlan Alimzanov (both 60 kg), Vagif Hajiyev (65 kg), Rza Rzayev (75 kg), Huseyn Huseynli (90 kg), and Mahammad Jafarov (+90 kg).
Additionally, Farhad Rahmanov will represent Azerbaijan as a referee during the tournament.
