An international training camp for junior boxers is currently taking place in Baku.
The joint preparations of Azerbaijani and Uzbek athletes have now been joined by the Georgian national team, Idman.biz reports.
More than 100 boxers are participating in the camp, which is being held at the Baku Boxing Center. The teams are holding two training sessions per day and testing their skills in sparring matches. The focus of the camp is primarily on technical and tactical preparation.
The training sessions are part of the preparation for the upcoming “Heydar Aliyev Cup 2025” international tournament.
The Heydar Aliyev Cup 2025 will take place from May 16 to 21.
