Laman Ibrahimova, head coach of the “Ordu” club in the U-12 basketball league, has been accepted into the International Coaching Course (ICC) held at the University of Physical Education in Hungary.
Ibrahimova, who also coaches at the Baku Basketball Academy (BBA), is the first Azerbaijani coach to be admitted to this course, Idman.biz reports.
This achievement is one of the key factors contributing to the development of young local coaches in Azerbaijani basketball.
The program is conducted with the support of the International Olympic Committee’s “Olympic Solidarity” initiative.
