Azerbaijan’s internationally certified basketball referee Alakbar Hasanov has been appointed to officiate a game in the A Division of the European Championship.
Idman.biz, citing the Azerbaijan Basketball Federation, reports that he will serve as the head referee for the semifinal match between Lithuania and Italy in the under-16 boys’ tournament.
The game, taking place today in Georgia, is scheduled to start at 18:30 Baku time.
