Today, the next stage of the FIBA 3x3 Women's World Series kicks off in Sumgayit.
The two-day tournament will feature 16 teams, Idman.biz reports.
Among them are 12 national teams, Azerbaijan, Czech Republic, Poland, Ukraine, Slovakia, Kazakhstan, Madagascar, China, Benin, France, Great Britain, and Latvia, and 4 club teams: “Karolina” (Puerto Rico), “Beijing” (China), “Takasaki” (Japan), and “CS Rapid” (Romania).
Team Azerbaijan will compete in Group A alongside Czech Republic and Slovakia. Both of their matches will be held today.

The top two teams in the group will advance to the quarterfinals.
