Lankaran BC has bolstered its basketball team with the signing of 28-year-old defender Orkhan Abbasov.
The club successfully concluded negotiations with the experienced 179 cm player, whose most recent team was Gence BC, Idman.biz reports.
Abbasov has also previously played for Russian clubs Simferopol, TimTim, Orlan, and Moscow, adding to his diverse experience on the court.
This signing follows Lankaran’s earlier acquisitions of local talents Rashid Abbasov, Zumrat Ankbazov, Varid Aghasizade, and Mirmajid Ismayilov, as the team continues to strengthen its roster for the upcoming season.
