Star forward Vincent Aboubakar of Neftchi could continue his career at Brazilian club Vasco da Gama.
As reported by İdman.Biz, according to insider Felipe Silva, the Cameroonian striker is interested in the potential transfer.
Responding to an inquiry from offsideplus.az, Neftchi stated that the issue is not currently on the agenda:
"Aboubakar is a Neftchi player. At the moment, he is taking part in the team’s winter training camp in Abu Dhabi together with the squad."
It should be noted that the Baku-based club signed Vincent Aboubakar to a 1+1 year contract in October 2025.
