Red Devils break 51-year record for lowest goal count

Manchester United has hit a 51-year low, setting an unwanted record for the fewest goals scored in the first 10 games of an English Premier League season.

According to Idman.biz, the Red Devils have netted only 9 goals in these initial matches, a figure not seen since the 1973/74 season. Back then, the team ranked 21st out of 22 and was relegated to the lower division.

With 12 points from 10 games, this season also marks United’s lowest points tally at this stage since 1986. Currently, Manchester United sits in 13th place in the league standings.
