Tottenham are reportedly capable of competing with Manchester United for the signing of Brighton midfielder Carlos Baleba, according to Caught Offside.
Idman.Biz reports that the source notes that despite the 21-year-old’s dip in form at the start of the current season, Brighton still value his potential transfer at €100 million. Such a high valuation could complicate a potential move to Tottenham.
This season, Baleba has featured in 15 matches across all competitions but has yet to register any goals or assists. His contract with Brighton runs until summer 2028, and Transfermarkt currently lists his market value at €60 million.
